Plenary Council 2019
The second plenary council of this regime was held at St. Joseph Provincial house, Kottiyam from November 14 to 15, 2019. Forty one members of the province actively participated in the council and discussed on the agendas which were presented by different communities of our province. In the second day last section Fr. Johannes Gorantla OCD (The definitor General) clarified the voting system of the coming chapter.
