Audit and account training sessions

The audit and account training sessions were conducted for all the superiors and bursars of our province on 10 November 2020 at St. Joseph’s provincial house, Kottiyam. Fr. Provincial invited all the superiors and bursars to the sessions exhorting the importance of transparent accounting and the necessity  of systematized archive in the province and in each houses. The auditors Mr.Baby Joseph and Mr. Jithin Baby took the sessions and clarified all the doubts of the participants. Fr. Shiju, the bursar of the province explained the classification of accounting in details. Those who could not participate physically had their presence digitally through google meet and clarified their doubts. The session concluded at 4. 00 pm.
